Lately, I’ve been working on getting in touch with the part of me that is spiritual. I’ve been thinking about craft.

Over the past several years, I have taught myself to prosper—not in all ways, but in the ways that have made me feel “bigger” as a person. I went viral talking about tarot and meditation on TikTok, getting millions of views on videos about determining whether or not you have “witch hands.”

I have subjugated my own magic—in large part, by monetizing it—and I turned my craft into an identity. Transforming my face into the face that represents a brand allowed my magic to become an other, something apart from me.
